Elsnabbt – Electric Vehicle Service & Battery Repair

Elsnabbt needed a digital presence that matched their reputation as Västerås' most trusted electric vehicle repair specialist. The key challenges were:

1. Communicating Unique Value Proposition: Unlike generic bike shops, Elsnabbt specializes in deep technical repairs—battery cell replacement, motor repair, control box diagnostics, and lithium conversions. These services save customers thousands of kronor compared to buying new vehicles. The site needed to communicate this value clearly.

2. Showcasing the Mobile Workshop: Elsnabbt operates a "Jourbil" (mobile workshop) that travels across Västmanland to pick up and deliver electric vehicles directly to customers' doors. This unique service needed to be prominently featured.

3. Building Trust Through Reviews: The company has earned numerous glowing Google reviews praising their speed, expertise, and affordability. These reviews needed to be prominently displayed to convert new visitors.

4. Presenting a Comprehensive Product Catalogue: Elsnabbt stocks a wide range of parts and accessories—batteries, chargers, brakes, tires, and more. The site needed an organized, searchable product catalogue.

5. Simplifying Customer Contact: Whether customers need a repair, a pickup, or a part, the site needed to make it effortless to get in touch—via phone, form, or in-person visit to Ritargatan 1 in Västerås.

6. Reflecting Brand Identity: The design had to communicate speed ("snabbt"), professionalism, and technical expertise—the core values of the Elsnabbt brand.

I built a high-performance WordPress solution using Elementor and WooCommerce that addressed every challenge:
